Can Ireland Get a Founder?

I have been a native of the region ireland for almost a year(with two nations: Graysferry, and now Northside brothers). Two months ago we changed the delegate and finally got rid off all of Eire Shamrock's/PF's influence. We banned him from the off site forum. This made him very angry and he convinced members to start a civil war. These nations left Ireland (3 were Banned for sending TG's telling people to unendorsed our delegate Cu mara.) and started a region called Eire Nua. In their World Factbook entry they threaten to take Ireland by force. because of this Cu mara has had to put up a PW and we are having problems trusting new nations for fear of invasion. By giving us a founder we could guarantee that ES/PF can no longer play a role in Ireland(and if all goes well will stop trying to play the game at all). Ireland is now down to only 41 nations because we have not been able to get new nations to move to ireland. I understand that is may be against some rule, but im fed up of ES/PF and am angered by his actions against us.

Convince the bulk of nations to move to temporary regions, and use any delegate powers to remove the offending nations.
Once the region is empty, it immediately dies. Upon the death of said region, re-find it with your nation and alert all the former (and non-threatening) members of its revival.

Is that really the only way it seems kind of hard.

I know. But you really can't get another founder unless the region dies.

have mods been known to every appoint a founder? it would be in their intrest seeing as it would discourage ES/PF from trying to active

Very, very rarely, only for dire emergencies. This probably wouldn't cross that threshold.

Generally the only times Founder appointments are made are after a region has been griefed.

How about a situation where an ex-founder that is Delete on site and continues to harass and threaten the region?
*points at Prodigal Fenain/Eire Shammrock*
I have several of ES/PF’s latest Telegrams. Thankfully those nations he used to send them were deleted. But his continually harassment and attempts to cause havoc in the region is getting out of hand. He still has followers that continue to play the game which have promised retaliation for removing him from the region.

Well, if a founder has DoS order I think the region will not get a founder. Furthermore, a harassment to certain players is for Getting Help Page and for the mods to deal with.

This is absolutely legal if it's conducted by the rules...
If you want a new founder, convince everyone to leave the region and then refound it after the update. (Note that this does not permit you to eject everyone - this constitutes griefing.)

In past experience, i have only ever known regions to gain founders if they are often invaded, weak, have active members who have remained in the region for a long period of time and the moderators are persuaded by non natives of that region.
