Heh, no, he's Delete on Sight, which means if the mods find any nation he creates, it gets deleted.

hey, i'm GD. a Close personal friend of Japaica's and member of PB. He was banned for various reasons. He cussed out members, degraded mods and cussed at them. Compared mods to...well. Lets just say things that were not very nice. He posted Tub-Girl. He spammed the hell out of everything. He was given many chances. Also some mods like Myrth had personal vendettas out against him which resulted in his DOS status without all mods even knowing about it. Jap now resides as the admin of Paradise Beach forums for our region Paradise Beach. Although he is as over-controlling as he accused the mods of being which is a very hypocritical thing of him to do.I have been banned from PB twice and i am a friend of his in real life. He refuses to mod myself or another friend who is on there but mods anyone else. Lets just say he takes online relationships 1st and real life 2nd. lol.

"Japaica" was permanently banned from NationStates for repeat spamming and continually pushing the boundaries of acceptable behavior. He has been told never to return to NationStates; if he creates any new nations, then they will be deleted merely because he created those nations. That's what "Delete On Sight" means: we delete him as soon as we see him.

"Tactical Grace" resigned as NationStates Moderator of his own accord.

Spam/SPAM: Off-topic, irrelevant and multi-posts that clog the server. This includes posting lots of smilies which is known as Smilie Spam. Also akin to spamming is Post-whoring which is when a player posts anything just to increase the postcount. Going in and out of a region and hence filling up the regional events board with departing and arriving messages is known as Events Log Spamming and is not allowed. Spamming to the point where you get deleted is known as Klamathing. Spamming in the forums should be reported through the Moderation forum, and In-game, through the Getting Help Page.
