I have sent a puppet around posting on RMBs about a peace festival I am planning on holding. I know recruitment ads are illegal, but this is not a recruitment ad. So would this be okay to do?

Just like the NS bunny, you cannot post a message unless you get the founder's permission first. Otherwise this peace festival message would be considered a recruitment message.

It's spam. The regions in question didn't request it, and you didn't give them a chance to say no. Therefore you intruded on our personal space.
And it's an ad for something you wanted people to join.

Alright, I mean it is for something good, and I am not trying to get anyone to join my region. Just seemed like a good idea to bring regions together to celebrate peace and freedom.
