The same message, two different threads

I'm not up to speed with Forum rules so I don't know what I should complain about this the most. Maybe I should complain about making of unnecessary threads and helping these Forums getting slower and slower. I mean, could this be considered as spamming?

The message starting the topic is a straight copy, with one minor change.

The more recent thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=391985)
The older thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=376662)

You're right. It's funny and all, but why didn't s/he just bump the old thread instead?

I dunno if this counts as anything, as I'm not a mod, but it seems as though it might.

Gravedigging would be my number one guess for not bumping.

i thought a thread starter could bring back an old thread, vice starting a new one, to reduce forum clutter
