If someone were to propose something banning say, vitamin C, and the UN passed it, would it be removed for being silly or would it be allowed to stay?

Nothing in the rules against it, really. The UN's in the same group as the RP forums. I don't know how much activity you'll get, but there's nothing wrong with giving it a whirl.

I assume you're thinking something somewhat similar to the Stranger's Bar?

I was thinking of exploring the UN building's secret sub-basements. We already know about the one with the massive weapons stockpile, multiple high-powered reactors, and mutants running around loose. I'm wondering if there's anything beneath that.
