We hereby file formal complaint against The Fiefdom of Alruco.

This newly-created nation is apparently a new creation of a nation that just got DEATed for rules violations, including UN-multi-ing and harassing telegrams...has now posted the following on our Public Board.

Hey, it's me again, numbnuts! you tried to get rid of me with a bunch of false junk sent to the mods, but I'm back! Oh yeah, FYI, Lyric, you got the definition of "griefing" way off. Griefing is when you go into a region, become the delegate, and boot everybody out(or a large number of people at the same time) Region crashing is perfectly legal! Now if you don't mind, I'm going back to my region, and I better not hear from you again, and I will find that spy!
