Dunno where to put this, but it seems this is the spot.

I have no idea where I'd put a question like this, but here seems like the right place. Correct me if I'm wrong.
My question:
How long, on average, does it take for a report filed from the "Getting Help" page to be read and possibly handled by a moderator?

Depends on the time, how busy the mods are, and who is around. Sometimes an hour or a few days. Sometimes the mods may have to refer to each other to figure out how to deal with a certain case.

Oh, right.
Duh!
Sorry about that, that should have been an obvious to me.
Okay, never mind then.

Don't worry, I like answering questions when I can. :) Have a goodnight. :)

Yes. If you havn't got your answer in 3 days, it might be a good idea to post it again.
Sometimes your message would have been dealt with, but you will not get a reply.
For instance, if you have reported about someone spamming or posting abusive messages, they may have recieved a warning without you knowing. If you have told the moderators about somebody using multies, the mods might have checked and found nothing.
Like The Avenging Angels said, the mods are very busy people and cannot deal with everything at once.
I hope I was of somewhat a help. :)

I wouldn't agree that you should repost.
They don't have to tell the plantiff of their actions, so you should assume that they have handled it as they saw fit. The only reason to repost would be if you observe the same problem continuing... then it's not really a repost, but a new related request.
