Has there been another change in policy regarding the posting of non-gratuitous swastikas as part of posts in the general forum?

The last time this came up about a year ago, several posts were deleted as they contained illustrations of non-Nazi swastika in a thread discussing the history of the swastika, but the mod responsible eventually admitted that they had been in error in doing so, and that we were allowed to post images of the swastika.

What is the current policy: as it was in the past or as Katganistan described today?

I was in error; it's been corrected in the original thread.

Swastikas in flags = verboten.
Swastikas in posts = ok, so long as it does not become gratuituous and therefore spam.
