I think that speaks for itself.
I'm not sure. I think, mods, in this case the entertainment value is somewhat there. There's a clever use of repitition, but the difficulty score is low. I'll give it a:
Entertainment: 7.2 (Kind of, but not the best.)
Innovation: 8.5 (Sex, and repitition aren't original, but sexual repitition is.)
Difficulty: 3.4 (Cut and paste. Now if they did it in all different languages...)
Overall: 6.4
