Not really sure what that constitutes, if the video is not offensive or anything then it is fine.
His calling it an illegal ban is his opinon and maybe a cheap shot at the mods, but it doesn't seem that serious to me. I don't see why bthe mods would do anything. But, I do not know, and I have no idea why this person had a forumban.

No, the video is fine.. I just wondered if this person might be still forum banned.. and it does appear to be flamebait towards the mods.. but like I said, I wasn't sure if it was okay or not. I'm indifferent personally.

Forum bans are entirely automatic when placed correctly. The Mod states an end time for the ban, and the poster is unable to post under that nation name for the duration. He can sneak around it with a puppet if he wants to get all his nations deleted, but HE HATE ME could not have violated a forumban against HE HATE ME unless a mod screwed up the ban.
As to the legality of the ban or the flamebait issue, I leave that to actual moderators.

Yes, but they could be using this nation as a puppet to get around a ban on a main nation.
This isn't the case this time though. Nothing wrong with it that I can see.
