Giving more than one endorsement?

I have recently seen some UN Members (including a UN Delegate) each with an endorsement from the same UN Member nation.

What gives? I always thought one vote for one nation?

you may have only one UN nation but you can give out more than one endorsement.

You can endorse every un nation (that is in your region) once and I think it's supposed to be that way.

I just have to say that it sounds really, really weird to be able to vote more than once.

Its not really voting at all. More of giving support to nations that you belive can represent your region well.

It is a part of the game, so don't worry too much, ;)

My own rough 8 golden N.S.U.N Rules / Features

* So its not official but I think this is how it works ...

1) You may have as many nations as you can keep going in N.S. but you may only have 1 U.N. memember nation

2) Your 1 U.N. member nation has one single vote at the general voting of a U.N. proposal where the entire U.N. member body may vote a proposal to be a resolution.

3) You can only endorse / be endorsed by nations who are U.N. members and also in your current region. You can endorse as many / any other U.N.nations in the region.

* Be aware, region founders may tell you who to endorse, as other wise they can and may kick you if you do not do as they say. As it is their region, they are allowed to. I can't remember if regional delegates can order you to endorse them only though ...

4) Any U.N. member with at least two endorsements from two other U.N. member nations in the same region can submit a proposal to the U.N. proposal list.

5) If your 1 U.N. member nation is endorsed by at least 1 other U.N. member in the region or has the largest total of endorsements in the region, more then any other U.N. member nation there ( which ever number of those two is largest ) it will become the delegate.

6) If you are delegate, you may endorse proposals on the U.N. proposal list so they can reach open vote. You can endorse any and every one you want, though I suggest you read them first. Be aware as delegate you may get telegrams from some proposal wcreators to ask for your help by endorsing their work, ;)

7) At the open vote of a proposal, a delegate gets their own vote of 1 plus 1 vote for each endorsement they get from the U.N. nations in their region. This means every delegate will have at least 2 votes. In some larger regions, this means a delegate can have something like 50 votes ! Or more !

8) So it goes :

1 U.N. nation account only

1 general proposal vote for a U.N. nation

1 + Number of endorsements = Delegate vote power on general proposal vote.

2 endorsements for any U.N. nation to submit a proposal.

* 6 ( + 0.1 ? ) % of total number of delegates must endorse a proposal for it to leave the list and be slotted to move to open vote

Can physically endorse as many other U.N. member nations in your region, one endorsement to each.

Can endorse any / as many U.N. proposals if you want ( as delegate only )

Right ... very sleepy, cannot promise this is all correct or makes sense but I kind of hope it could clearn any confusion ...
