The UN Delegate (Ephland) for Athenasia is absent. He has not voted on any of the recent resolutions and has not responded to either private nor public telegrams. Getting people to withdraw their vote, however, seems difficult for whatever reason.
What can possibly be done?

If you are the founder you could eject him and remove him from the banlist. Failing that, just wait for him to die.

Flower Stoned Hippies, you have three options:
"Intimidatia" is the Founder of your region. You could ask him/her to eject the Delegate, "Ephland".
Convince people to unendorse "Ephland" and endorse a new Delegate.
Wait for "Ephland" to die of inactivity.
