Moderaters Do Need Help!
I know that the moderaters seem to have an easy job, but they don't. They have to write Sticky guides, move Threads that are in the wrong forum. They really do need help, the best solution is to probably have more moderaters, because the amount of pointless threads in International Incidents etc. Some people would be glad even to help write the guides, it seems the moderaters like doing EVERYTHING themselves. I'm not saying they're being childish, the're humans after all, most people don't want to give away power, in fact I KNOW I wouldn't!

This issue is so old and so thoroughly discussed...
First off, the moderators do not write all the stickies. Euroslavia and Kanuckistan have both written stickies even though they aren't moderators.

Yep. Dead.
You know what the best solution really is, folks, when all is said and done?
Moderating ourselves so the mods don't -have- to.
Giving away power? Bah. Keep the power for yourselves, people. Take responsibility. Accept personal accountability. Get a lil proactive in your approach to all this. I think you'd be surprised at just how much more smoothly things would run.

Yes, but many new players don't understand RPing or what spam is and many other unwritten rules we have come to know so well. However, it should be expected of more veteran nations to do this as they should know what and what not to do.
Then how about a gently worded 'gram to let them know the approved alternatives - instead of being cutting or catty to the new comers? A little help and friendliness goes a long way.
(And just because they are new comers Here doesn't mean they are newcomers to the world of mb's - and often they adjust to the particular aspects of this particular mb quickly )
