Don't want to sound like some whiny grandpa but are such mottos allowed?

yes it does, since it will create mass offense, especially where I live. In fact, I will be reporting it to a mod.
(I'm American, and take greate offense to it.)
What if The Holy Empire of Ansar Al-Islam had said
"Better dead than muslim swine (die, die)".
Still ok?
Both are offensive.
and I think you know that, so, please stop stirring the pot.

I'm American and I don't personally care. I think its better just to rebuke people who say dumb things.
Then again, its not my board.
