Can I get my UN membership back? All I did was that I logged in from the same computer as did two other UN nations, which belong to my friends. (Sorry about bad grammar) I haven't broke the rules.

No problem.
If you want to, you can create a new nation and join the UN with that one. Just make sure you never log onto another computer that already is associated with a UN nation; it's nothing personal when the moderators catch you, it's just you can't prove if you're telling the truth or not merely over the internet.
