This one guy named Kamuras is threatening to report me becuase I flame him bac k after he starts something. Like the time he said i was in a quote'stupid kiddie region' becuase everyone in there is a roleplayer. I telegramed him bac and said sumthing and this being 1 of or many arguments has finally threatened to report me. Is he allowed to report me for telegraming him alot? I mean he started it. I tried to get help from his delegate but he said i was lying. I have a telegram still with me were he said that my region was a stupid kiddy one. What should I do????

Calm down, calm down. Now, first of all, do you have any proof of his or even your actions? If so, I'd post them here so that the mods have more information to consider.

In addition, it is best to just report flamers instead of trying to fight back. While I may be way off since your post was kinda vague, what seemed to happen was he flamed you and you got angry, possibly flaming him back or even spamming his inbox.

You were wise to finally come to the mods. Leave the telegram in your mailbox so that the mods can see it, and if he does anything again, be sure to report it. In the meantime, try to be a bit less sensitive. If all he said was you were in a stupid kiddie region, it's easy enough to just laugh at him and ban him from your inbox.

no you dont get it he use to be in my older region that I only got into becuase i crashed. me and him have been fighting for a long time. Hes cussed at one of my friends in the real world who does nationstates. He reported it but the mods havnt done anything yet and i still have the messages in my telegram box.

Alright, just hold on for a bit longer then. The mods are very busy creatures and have a lot on their hands.

Just so you know though, they only have jurisdiction over what happens on this site. (Like those telegrams in your inbox) RL is beyond their control.

Well while he doesn't seem like the nicest guy (actually he kinda reminds me of me...but far from completely) the worst he's done so far is call you childish twice. That's not exactly ground for a warning, and being nice isn't a requirement.

No not that i have a friend how ever has telegrams when Kamuras cussed at him. U see my friend was leading a revolution against him and got him mad.

Maybe it's just me but those messages seem to be fairly calm and composed. He seems to be bothered by whatever was being sent to him though, so let's just hope you weren't sending anything abusive eh?

That's what I worry about. Kamuras has been contacted about this thread.

Also, Drake, you previously asked if sending a lot of messages is illegal. The answer is yes, for if they are unwanted they are spam.

You're still able to block his messages...but if you were civil in your responses you should still have nothing to worry about.

Ok, I finally got it to log me in. I had to manually find the link because the one you gave me wouldnt let me log in when i tried.

heres the story.

Drake Verdon wanted to attack My former ally because he banned him. My puppet kesemus had stated that something should be done but not the way he meant.
Drake Telegramed Kesemus asking if we should do something. I jokingly said that we should crusade him.
(i do not have most of his telegrams, nor do i have mine, im going by memory and may forget somethings he said)
Later, after telling me he plays for region crashing and Roleplaying, i told him he was playing for the wrong region and he decided to think that i hated him, and that i wanted to crash his region. He then tried to make fun of me( i will post what telegrams i have left )
I admit i called his region a kiddy region, because it is my opinion(i have the right to hold and state my opinions dont i?)that region crashers and roleplayers are childish.
I telegrammed the leaders of his region, the leader of mine. After he began telling people how "bad a nation" i am.
I told him that if he continues to harass me i would report him.

Honestly, from what was reported here, the telegramming was pretty mild. HOWEVER, I would like you two to avoid escalating this matter any more.


Steel Butterfly is correct: you both have the ability to block other's telegrams. I'm sure, though, that won't be necessary.

If makes good his threat to talk to my delegate and takes any further action of the sort beyond that, i will demand something be done. For now i will try and ignore him.

I know that both of you are reasonable people.

Please stay away from each other, and please do not interfere with each other.

We would much rather this matter be dropped now; if that is not possible, then Kamuras, you are within your rights to report it.

I think, however, that the solution which will leave all of us happiest is if this all stops here and now.

ok that works for me sorry Mods. Also I think it best that are regions not contact eachother some people in my region (namely my delegate) were getting mad becuase he contuously telegramed them and wouldn't stop. If are nations and regions could have a truce Id love it.

I prefer to not have enemies created by other people. so i telegrammed His delegate twice and the founder once. In order to explain who verdon is, and what is really going on.

This is not the place for in game activities and or roleplay, however I'm glad you two have come to an agreement.
