I post this in here so others can also confirm the regional happenings. I will launch a report also.

Yesterday Marxism was invaded by fake EAA, pretenders, who actually are crashers.
The invading delegate ejected numerous nations, unbanned them but ejected everytime they tried to get in. That alone was suspicious activity, not the point I want to make though.

Over the next short while I will begin distributing the password to all native and recently arrived members of the region.

Unless members insist otherwise, I don't plan to keep the protection active for more than an hour or so.

I have a native in the region, called The Natural Order. It never received the password. All it had in the inbox was way old messages and that iwalton address. The time the password were on might've been short but the password weren't sent to me.
Even though the region had about 17 nations in, the spam filter doesn't take your time so much you can't send the password to the natives within the time the region were at least password-protected, 38 minutes [120 minutes - 82 minutes = 38 minutes].

I will make a mod report also now...

1. The Nations EAA Ambassador XI and EAA Commander are NOT part of The_Real_EAA. They are considered enemy and are regarded in all our member regions as 'eject on site' nations.
2. The regions EAA and Sambian are NOT part of The_Real_EAA, they are considered enemy and any nations that are found to be ascociated with these region will be met with an 'eject on site' policy in all EAA Regions.

can anything be done about these nations that were just created to annoy the EAA members and others by pretending to be the real EAA and giving the Real EAA a bad name?

Well, as the password has been removed, I'll warn him. Not much else I can do now, aside from keep an eye on things:

I could be mistaken, but I thought that impersonating other nations with the intent to defame them was against the rules...although this is an alliance impersonation, not a nation impersonation....

It shouldn't matter. The rules should apply to alliances and regions as well, being that they too are entities within this game.

I agree with steel butterfly, people should not be allowed to impersonate alliances and defame them.

Yet, two previous DEN regions (and soon to be a third, I'd think) are now used to publish anti-DEN propaganda.

That is a good point,I forgot about the first two regions being refounded.

The people who refounded the first two DEN regions did not go to another region and "preemptively defend another region. Those same people claimed to be the real EAA. It seems to me the people who refounded DEN and DEN II make no claims to actually be apart of DEN.

Though the third DEN regions demise is pretty much due to General Tommy Franks.

Well said. That there is the difference. There is not a problem with a nemesis, only an impersonator.

yesterday, the founder kicked out everyone except heyhey, so that heyhey could refound the region. heyhey moved out early this morning (GMT)

unfortunatly, he went idle. my friend and i created puppets so we could refound the region and then hand over the founder to heyhey.

this succeeded, my friend recreated marxism and telegrammed the pasword to heyhey.

he also explained his actions in the WFE.

then, he recieved this telegram:
