Obscene spam in The German Empire

Two nations have recently entered "The German Empire" one of whom, "Hitlers Sink" has spammed the Regional HQ with profane, obscene, racist, and absolutely vile content.

I would very sincerely appreciate it if this could be fixed? It is really very, very bad! Thanks very much!
