Usually, one is supposed to use the Getting Help Page (http://nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) for problems related to the game - not the forums.
But if the nation's dead who's been causing the trouble, it's a pretty safe bet to assume the problem's been dealt with.
And try to read the stickies (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=386059) before posting.
