Right i dont know whether this is the place to report this, but i am getting fed up now of nations posting recreutment spam in my regions message boards, they are not spawn regions, so they should not be there.
i will make a list of nations doing it here:
13 hours ago: The Rogue Nation of Fel Necros:
Join the sith army, we will crush all who oppose us. any may turn to the dark side for power. all you have to do is move to The Sith Army.
he posted it in many non-spawn regions, seemed to be running throught the A's for a while, before moving onto ours and many others.
