I have my own little region set up to represent the fact that my nation is on it's own continent. Would it be ok for me to kick whoever I want considering that (RP wise) I'm supposed to be alone on the continent and thus the only native? No one has ever moved there, I just thought I'd ask so that I don't get in trouble for kicking random people who wander in (not that anyone has yet).

Though, I have set it up so that only I can access regional control, so seizing the delegate position wouldn't help anyone.
If you're the founder,you can do whatever you want as long as you don't violate the TOS.
You have no restrictions when it comes to ejections,you can eject everyone/anyone for any reason.
