Kahta is IMing me, threatening me about being in his threads. and he still flames me all the time. he's starting to piss me off. Every time I complain everybody just lies to cover his ass, and I end up looking like the bad guy. Seriously, he's getting away with it. :sniper:

I don't think there's much they can do if he's harassing you via instant messenger. You could report it via whatever program they're using and see what happens.

It was MSN. But I'm just tired of him bitching about me. He said I was retarded and some shit like that. He always gets away with that sort of crap and it's pissing me off.

you can block people in msn i believe, i don't use it anymore.. so i'm not 100% sure.. but just try right clicking on that person's email address/name and choose block or ignore

MSN is rather outside of our jurisdiction.

If Kahta is doing this, however, he should probably stop.

I know where he goes to school. Perhaps you could go there and have a fight during recess.

Open the MSN window, where all your contacts are listed ...

Right - click on the ID of the person in question, and select " block "

Simple as that, no more IM threats as you say ...

EDIT : Note, you do of course need to be logged in, ;)

( Maybe you should both just stay the hell away from each other, wouldn't that make sense ? )

when you block a person you appear as constatly offline to them, so they dont know

or... he could.. not do that

why not just block and ignore him. it's quite simple.

or, if you really want to prove he is harassing you, then when he says something to you, use ctrl+print screen. This will do a screen shot, then you just paste it into a picture format, like paint, and you can show that to people. Though it would be a waste of time in my opinion and I would agree with other people when I say, BLOCK HIM.

If he sends you a threatening TG, you can report that.

I concur with my associate, The Most Glorious Hack: MSN is outside our jurisdiction.

For MSN violations, you need to complain to someone in Microsoft. The MSN Messenger documentation should tell you how to report abuse.

If the person hasn't been saved to your contact list, you cannot block them. Personally I would go to the Options | Privacy and under Privacy and Visibility, check the box that says Only people on my Allow List can see my status and send me messages that way they can ask you to add them to your list and you have control over who messages you. This would be for the new Messenger 7.0 Beta but I figure something along those same lines applies to older versions.

Best of luck.

grrr. I'm still mad about the other incidents. They're there, nobody is looking for the evidence though.

If these are incidents on the NationStates forums, then we need links to the topics involved. If these are incidents outside NationStates jurisdiction, then we can't help you; you have to complain to whatever authority is in charge. If it's on an InvisionFree forum, then you have to complain to InvisionFree. If it's on a Proboards forum, then you have to complain to Proboards. If it's over MSN Messenger, then you have to complain to Microsoft.

I'm going to say this once. Implicitly threatening violence against another NationStates player is grounds for a forumban-without-warning or deletion-without-warning.

Knock it off. Now.

Ok, somehow, Galliam has a personal vendetta against me, with a few other people on Paradise Beach, plotting against me. He constantly mentions me in his posts. (Because he is always saying things about me, I do a search for my name, once a day.) Yes, I know its sad, but its something I have to do to make sure that someone is not making false statements about me.

I would however like to ask for a moderator to tell Galliam this: "Do not post in Kahta's threads, do not make up lies about him." And to Sdaeriji: "Please stop telling people where Kahta lives."
