Possibly, just a suggestion here though...maybe Malpria got deleted because somebody reported him for causing trouble with puppets...
Well, his puppets are still around.

Looks like we got him for griefing. Is there anything else we should be on the lookout for?
He tried to recruit in my region with his puppet Blood Stone, but after I threatened him, he stopped. I think.
