Hmm, it all looks like joking to me. I can't imagine really being offended at any of that, I was more amused than anything.

Aside from that, there's no direct flaming that I saw.

I was just unsure because he/she was of the opinon that everyone had to respect the 'poor' Chinese and Polish people (yes, I agree - we should always be PC), but then didn't seem to accept that actually, people have the right to say Happy New Year on the 1st January.
