No...not really...
I live in the UK and, over here, Bugger off is just a slightly impolite way of saying go away. Yes, the word 'bugger' does have links to the word ''fu**', but in the terms you describe above - I believe it to be harmless.
Just my opinion though.
Kahta - you seem to be making a lot of complaints recently, whether justified or not. Perhaps a couple of days break from NS would do you good :) I'd also recommend that to anyone who is potentially flaming you :)
