True - it is a graverobber situation, but Vietnamland has only made one post. Perhaps he/she does not know the forum rules (and yes, I know that ignorance is no defence).
I suggest (althought I am not a mod) that an IP check would be prudent to see if Vietnamland has any other accounts, or if this is truly his/her first attempt at the NationStates forums.
If it is the first attempt, then perhaps a friendly poke in direction of the 'What to do/what not to do' sticky would be appropriate?
Merely my two pennies worth :)
