Is there any rule against spamming regional happenings with multiple puppets? I know doing it with one nation is illegal, but what if it is one person with multiple nations? Deep thought there.

And I must have missed the answers to my other question, in regards to the deletion of delegate Shabuk. I realize the case has come and gone, and even if the action was proven wrong, nothing can be done now. I would just like to know:

Is it legal to boot many (200+) NON-natives from a region?
Why was Shabuk deleted?

Spamming regional happenings with puppets is illegal, and in the past, I have observed that the puppetmaster (aka the main nation) may also bear the consequences for his/her puppet's actions.

As for your other two questions, I believe there are threads concerning them already.

As for the last questions, I somehow missed the original thread, though I see it now. With no answers, however, I will continue to pursue this topic... in the other thread.
