It is not technically your thread, unless Axis-Nova is your puppet....
I stated that your In-character posts are ignored as you would be able to deduce from when I said "you shall not hear from me ICly ever again.."
Both
Good thing any modern icbm worth a shit costs about 70 million
and
ooc: So do you think spending 700 billion a year on something that would only be used as a last resort is effiecnt, economical, or realistic?
There are also a bunch of other costs like the actual constuction of the silos, and thier maintaince.. I wish I could find the people who yelled at me for about 4 pages when I claimed to have 30,000 missiles but I think it has been lost or trimmed or whatever, and I have no desire to continue arguing this, my ignore of Kahta is mainly for other reasons, this ICBM buisness is just the straw that broke the camels back was in direct response to ITD

Whoops I got the threads confused. Regardless, never come in any of my threads ICly or OOCly again, because you stated you don't like me ICly and OOCly.

First off, we do not police roleplay. Now that that is out of the way, he has the right to ignore you, as you do him. You also have the right to ask him to not participate in your threads, and "The Pheonix Militia" is expected to respect that. You may not have him removed from threads you did not create. It seems to me that you should both avoid each other from this point on.

Actually, I think it is worth the effort...
Karma: Since when is stating policy in the moderator forum considered answering a question on behalf of a moderator? I was simply stating past precedence with the ignore = spam rule, whereas it is considered spam to actually post that you are ignoring someone whether that be in RP forums or elsewhere; I fail to see why my post being deleted was a valid action in this case. and if I'm in the wrong, I'd like it to be explained to me in more detail considering I think it was right.

A few questions. As you do not police role play, is the "expect[ation] to respect that" enforced? If you do not police role play, then how can a nation be removed from a thread? If you did create the thread, can you have a nation removed, and again, how?
Not trying to be an ass, but as far as I have seen, you are correct when you say that you do not police role play, so I am just wondering if nations are expected to settle problems themselves or if moderators will intervene, and when.

We do not get involved in roleplay disputes in regards to the actual roleplay. If the dispute degenerates into flaming, etc, we will step in. Asking for someone to leave a thread is a right of the thread starter no matter what the cause. As to the how, simply asking the person to not post anymore should be sufficient. If they insist on continuing to post, than seek a moderator to ask them a bit more sternly. :)
TH: Your message was deleted becasue, as you have been told before, answering questions in an authoritive manner, as the wording of your message definatley conveyed, is not welcome. If a player asks a specific policy question, it is much better to let a mod answer the question, so as to avoid confusion somewhere down the line. Many times I have had players come to me saying something like "Well, once a mod said ______________" only to have a bit of a search turn up the quote coming from a normal player. Whether or not people take the time to realize that not all answers come from moderators in this forum is not the point; the fact that answers given in the moderation forum are generally taken as definitive regardless of the poster is.

Once again, I point out that this is how I type and that this how I speak in the real world. I cannot help that, and I'll be damned if a game like NationStates is going to change that.
I also told this to Cog, who told me the same thing a few weeks back, with little regard to the original question: Since GMC told us that we didn't have to post a "mod warning tag," that we are in fact not a mod, a poster will be able to determine that and know better.
Oh, well, no matter. Consider it over.
