I am appealing to the mods to have this thread Unlocked. Cherry Ridge is now scuttling about rubbing this in all of our faces by posting in our threads. He based his descision to have it locked on an arguement he started, with that sole intention. He is upset he lost, and has been ignored by all of us, and is now trying to get back at us. In other words, he used the Mods to further his own devices.

Events leading up to ILock...

1: Cherry Ridge devises miraculous weapon to instantly kill Vampires, and somehow launches it through a hardened nuclear fall out bunker, to kill someone elses charactor. - This is godmoddy in itself
2: This attack is Ignored by Siesatia (Myself) - Perfectly rational thing to do
3: Cherry Ridge becomes upset, since all of us ignored it, and continued to RP as if it Events leading up to ILock...

3: Cherry Ridge becomes upset, since all of us ignored it, and continued to RP as if it never happened. He then began to argue about it. - This included some flamebaits and flames, on and off the forums.
4: DC, DLE, Balrogga, and myself continued to RP as normal.
5: Cherry Ridge refused to leave quietly, and began to spam, and post continuously, until we began to respond to him. - A fault on our part, we should have continued to ignore him.
6: Cherry Ridge incited a debate, and had the thread locked on this arguement.

1) It wasn't to kill them, it just made their unconscience bodies more managable. (or knocked them out) It didn't launch through a bunker, it was operated from a bunker. And you ignored them because it was already uncnscience

2)You ignored because it didn't suit how you wanted it to turn out

3) I did not flamebaim On or off the forum. On AIM I said "Trying to Godmod the Cardinal's death now" in responce to his spin-off thread

4) They left me out of MY roleplay

5) We were all to blame for the debate, not just a single person

It was launched from a sattalite in orbit, and was fired, to somehow pierce my bunker, which was underground. I ignored it, because it was a godmod, and also told you it was pointless since Tormeta was already unconscious.

The thread creator can ask to have his thread locked by the mods for any reason and the mods probably aren't going to unlock it - especially now since it looks like it has the potential to go down in flames.

This just seems like a RP that went awry on all sides - mabye it's best that you all ignore it and steer clear of each other for a bit since it seems that you can't RP together peacefully.

Actually, I just got some advice from some friends, including a mod on a different site, that we should just make a new thread. and Ignore him, so it can't be locked for arguements, and so he won't own it and can't request it locked. The reason for continueing the RP? Because we want to form stronger diplomatic ties between our Four Countries.

On a lighter note, I just beat Halo 1, now that is a short game....

Majesto is right. Thread creators can ask for a thread to be locked at any time, for any reason. In fact, I don't think they even need a reason. :cool: Oh, and that is an interesting quote... *points to the CC quote* considering who said it.

Well if you want to ignore him and start the RP again, you really can't include him in the RP. An ignore, AFIK, is basically another way of saying "I don't recognise your nation or whatever you do so please leave me be and I'll leave you be." Ignores are mutual so both people need to respect that; if you ignore his nation you really shouldn't bring it up. (Read the godmodding sticky for more info).

If you want to start it again, it's not proper to include him, his lands, or leaders in the RP if you want to ignore him at the same time. Although RP ettiquite isn't enforced by mods, it's not a very nice thing to do to stray from it and will lead to you losing respect in the I.I community and you getting ignored and just create more problems down the road.

DLE: I think that once two people get into a godmodding disagreement, the thread is basically finished because you can either be for against the action in question - you either agree with it or don't. And yea, you know what I really ment to say - sorry.

Meh. I need to be less of an ass in the future. Generally, I go with the proper method, but sometimes I have just got to be evil about it.

Yes, start a new thread between EACH OTHER St. Berchmans Isle is MY creation. Please don't involve CR or the Cardinal, or the isle. Just have the thing in one of your nations.NOT MINE.

I have an idea. Discover an island (one of you), colonize, and invite the others for a joint military base. Have the problem again there.

Well, we can mention an island named that. Nothing prevents us from using names again if we want. I'm about to name several cities, stars, etc. after other nations and land masses anyway.

Yes, just name it Berchmans Isle. You CAN'T RP the one in MY territory. Just discover one and name it Saint Berchman's Isle.

Or, I could just use the territory I now have on Earth.
