If the UN passes a resolution which then dictates the conduct of member nations (and this is obviously allowed by the game), why is it why my proposal resolution definiting conduct for the UN Delegate was summarily removed for attempting to redefine "game mechanics"? Logically, there is no difference between requiring conduct of the UN member nation and the UN Delegates, as both are in game issues and do not change game mechanics.

Heh... this is actually one of the Proposals I didn't delete. All I can tell is that you were told: "Your UN proposal about defining what a UN delegate should do would require a change to the way the game works and is thus against the rules."

Perhaps you could give the name and text of your deleted Proposal? If you don't have the complete text, a nice summary would be a big help.
