As you are no doubt aware, a few unscrupulous individuals are spamming Creo Tellus, an 'alternative NS' because theyre apparently pissed at the mods.
Since bannings dont seem to have worked I would like to put forth my idea:
Contact Invision, I have had good results dealing with similar events, ask Invision to take their forum down or at least slap them around a bit.

If it comes down to it, we just contact their ISP and get their Internet access cut off.

That works.
In the mean time, I am making my own efforts to get them to stop.
