well i hear he was flaming pretty bright last night(with a bit of thread hijacking and maybe a little spam thrown in), i'd just like clarification as to exactly where he went over the line

For the record, I am not the Moderator who handled this case.

However, the official records indicate that that nation had previous standing warnings for flaming and flamebaiting in "General", dated January 26, and was deleted for having the national animal "mudman". After inquiring with other Mods, I was told that "mudman" is a racial slur, thus this qualifies as defamatory under the NationStates Terms and Conditions.

geeze, he had that for about a year, infact he came back through lazarus with that as a national animal. infact that warning is about a year old. oh, well he was misbehaving last night so i can't really complain, and yes mudman is a racial slur for all non aryans within the nazi community. i'd better check the rest of trollhelm for such issues, peace.
