I know of somebody with more than one nation in the UN! Where do I report them to? I know who they are- they're in my class. She has X, Y, and Z.

Yes, when you think some one is using more then one U.N. member nation, contact Moderation staff by using the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/03210/page=help) page. There you will get an interface where you can enter your message, along with putting it under a catagory to speed up the process of Game Staff looking into it ...
This is done because even though you might be sure a person is cheating, you cannot be 100 % sure, while Moderation / Game Staff have to power to check accounts and see if they connect, thus having proof if any " funny business " is going on. This means if you are wrong, no harm is done to the reputation of the other person, or your own.
