I would like to know as to why 9 hours prior to this post that my first nation, the nation that i usually post with, Greater Duestchland, was deleted. It was then revived,and expelled from the UN, and now my flag is gone. I would like to know why...after keeping my head, and just explaining to you what happened in the threads concerning Japaica in this moderation section that I was deleted because you believed i was japaica. If i am correct i have never even logged in from Japaicas house...and if so, it was sometime during the summer, months ago. Now my flag is gone...i have to get my regions password back, and also must attempt to repeal this UN violation, becuase a friend gave me the password to his nation and i have been boosting his economy for him for an out of NS RP game, if you've heard of it, world at war.

I would like to know how such an amazing, talented, skilled group of mods such as yourselves could mess up so badly. please respond.

I predict that the obvious sarcasm in your last sentence will cause the Mods to quickly look elsewhere, and ignore your request for as long as humanely possible.

Could it be because your name sounds like a nazistic uberreich, and you cannot spell Germany in german?

Actually, this is part of an ongoing investigation, which means that we are still examining the circumstances around your deletion. We'll get back on this one (including if we ressurect the nation, which is possible).

Edit: Oops, sorry, I'm a tad behind on this one.

1) Your flag was deleted because you were, that's all. Don't worry about it.
2) You were deleted because of the confusion with Japaica. It appears to have been a mistake so we ressurected you.
3) You were ejected because you were found to be a UN Multi.

Salusa's analysis is correct. I only want to add two things:

1) For the record, I am the Moderator who ejected, deleted, and resurrected you. I apologize for the deletion; that was in error. I hadn't seen the froum thread you're talking about; a Mod who did see the thread reviewed the evidence and asked me to reconsider. The deletion of your flag was a side-effect of the national deletion; you may reinsert your previous flag.

2) The above quote would explain how so much UN multying evidence came up against you. Unfortunately, we can't take your word for it that the nation belongs to your friend. Besides which, the rules prohibit you from controlling more than one UN nation at a time; this is the definition of UN multying. So, you started multying when you took control of your friends nation. The UN bans remain.

Long-story-short: The deletion was in error; I'm sorry about that. The ejection was not in error.

No sarcasm. I do have high respect for the NS mod team. They did take down Jap after all. I commend them for that. hes my friend, but he did deserve it. lol.

When i became Greater Duestchland Greater Deutshland was taken. So i just changed the spelling.

Thankyou very much for explaining this. Though i can not post in the forums with my deleted and resurected nation. It says it will send me an e-mail...and wont. So i cant post in the forums with Greater Duestchland.
Also i would like to know if i can re-join the UN with Greater Duestchland as long as no further evidence is given that i control two UN nations? since my friend from the W@W RPs nation was also kicked out of the UN i was wondering if there was any way. I was Delegate of our region for the past 170 days, and delegate in our region before this one. If there is anything i can do please link me or point it out. If not...ugh. i'll just deal. it completely slipped my mind that surperier was in the UN when he let me do his issues.

You can create a new nation and join the UN with it; there's no getting back a UN-ejected nation once ejected. Cogitation did say the ejection was correct.
