Two things to point out.
1. The ejection and deletions happened at different times. So it's not very likely they were connected. I believe mods usually take care of nations in one fell swoop as opposed to a bit as a time. So assuming they were all rulebreakers in some way, it was probably for 2 different things.
2. Myrth can't actually delete a nation, since he's not a Game Moderator. So you can't blame Myrth. However, he could just pass the info on to a Game Moderator who would actually delete someone, which works just as well.
And noone can know the reason from that information. So we'll have to wait for the mods.
