Wrongful deletion in Soviet Union

My UN nation Captain Nazi was the leader of the forces invading Soviet Union. It was deleted hours ago on wrong charges of greifing. I request Captain Nazi be restored right away. Soviet Union wasn't griefed. All the nations ejected and still on the ban list were not natives. And even if some were the at least 24 hour requirement to unban them hasn't expire yet.

There is no 24 hours to unban requirement. That has been made up. He had to unban natives the same moment. If natives were on the banlist, than the deletion was justified.

I don't believe Captain Nazi banned natives. This is how the ban list was left:

Brother Ragnar and Rixien came in during the invasion after Captain Nazi arrived. Bray Bray, Cheh, and The Carriebbean showed up later when the reset was over.
Later on the XML feed looked like this:

As you can see the remaining nations entered after Captain Nazi except Bahevik and USSNA but they aren't natives. They are members of Land of the Red Army.

Captain Nazi even got this telegram from a mod some hours after the last UN reset before his deletion which happened a few hours later:

You should be very certain that you don't leave any natives on the ban list as that would be griefing, and we both know what happens to griefers. This isn't an official warning, just a "friendly reminder". Also, you would probably do well to not listen to Char Auir.
If Captain Nazi did something wrong right after ejecting those nations why wasn't the message a clear warning or why wasn't there just a deletion immediately right then?
