Well, the list of national leaders sticky in II is run by Mutant Dogs, but, of course, he was deleted. That means the list can not be updated. However, players are still submitting their leaders to the thread. Northrop-Grumman has this (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=327933) national leader thread that is being updated. Is there any chance a mod could make the Northrop-Grumman thread the stickied list?

I've noticed that the sticky gets a lot of posts from new nations about their leaders, but another thing I've noticed is that fact that not too many people really pay attention to it, just by talking to a few people over AIM. I'm not even sure if we really need such a list as a sticky...but it'd be nice to get some other peoples' opinions on it.
