I basically collected a few things from different stickies, added specific quotes from moderators on certain issues, such as moderator bias, and rulings on what can/cant be posted in General. I think that the definitions of spamming, trolling, etc. should definitely be seen in General, because that's where most take place. I also put in examples of each specific thing (spam, trolling, hijacking, etc).
