You can edit the title on your own. Just click on "edit" on your first post and change "pace" to "Peace" where it says "title."

Once someone's posted to the thread (maybe even as soon as it's started), even the starter can't change the title. Only a mod.

You can change the sub-title of your post; I've posted one here to illustrate.

Yeah, but not the main title of the thread. Even editing the subtitle won't change the main title after the thread is created. I remember a mod did that thinking it would change it and it didn't :p. I think there's an option they have under thread tools that let's them change the title displayed on the forum.
