Invasion

If my region was to invade a very small region, where there are no more then 5 nations, can I eject the regional founder, even though the population is so tiny? Sorry if this question sounds dumb. Thanks.

Yes, but unban the same second. The mods have no mercy :p
Don't eject anybody else, though. That would be to many.

It would be kind of pointless, seeing as how the founder would still have control over the region in question...

Not if he stopped playing, or is inactive for a long time. Just make sure to ban not more than one (When only 5 natives), and when implemented a password, send it to the natives, no matter how less they care or how inactive they are.

If you ejected a native, and your computer crashes before you can unban, you are dead :sniper:

Correct on all counts.

i wouldn't think that banning a nation would be correct, they need to be removed from the ban list, right?

Cassandrah meant "eject", not ban ;)

Ejecting a founder and banning a founder is the same thing. Both can be undone easily by the founder, though I wouldn't let the founder on the banlist either, just to be on the safe side.

Indeed, Founders can remove themselves and anyone else from the banlist even from the RR. I think Relaxed was simply advising that the founder be removed from the banlist "just in case," which is good advice in my opinion--just because I've never seen it clearly stated that it's legal to leave the founder on the banlist. Always better safe than sorry.

can an invader delegate ban Permanently a native spammer who repeatedly spams the regional message board?

Not that I'm aware of... However, a moderator request to get the spammer to stop is always a possiblity.
