Telegramming

I wanted to know what was allowed with regards to telegramming to advertise UN Proposals.

Can we just go down the list of regional delgates and send them all telegrams or should we only send telegrams to people who seem likely to be interested based on some evidence?

Also, is there a way to send a telegram to many people at one time?

The second part isn't really a moderation question, but anyway...

Nope.

Telegramming multiple people about UN proposals, I dont think it's against the rules, but it is frowned upon by some of those who receive it, depending on the user. Others appreciate it because they don't have the time to keep up with everything.

Politania, most people would get annoyed with people constantly sending them proposal mail. This, in my eyes, is called spamming. Please do not try and mass-advertise proposals.

Usually telegramming Delegates is the most effective way to get the word out, as most of them do not frequent the UN forum.

Yes. I was pleased, when I was the interim Delegate of my region as the founder, when I received advertisments. I am pleased to be notified of such proposals, should they be up to scratch.

And Titanous, you're being a bit over confident. Your basically issuing commands on issues on which a mod ruling should be made. I don't find it at all nice.

Unless, of course, they reply with a request for further information.
