Huge spam and problems in "GTA Forums" Region

The Great Sixth Reich (me) has been a staple regional delegate in "GTA Forums" Region for around two months. A new nation (Starts with a "V") has suddenly got three endorsements (all or most from new nations), became regional delegate, and spammed up the region.
I have reason to believe that this endorsements are really UN Multis as well.
Others violations include the recent mass spam on the region's message board.
Please help.

You only need to omit the names in cases of UN multiing and identify revealing (i.e. saying X nation is also Y nation).
The mods are going to get to it as soon as they can... Relax, you don't need to bump it up so often. You should probably send this in via a Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) request filed under Spamming or you should go over to the IRC channel (#themodcave) if you need mod help in a time senstive, urgent matter.

The problem with the "Getting Help" page is that the mods seem to ignore me for some reason. I never got one response the three times I used it.

It's possible that your request was unfounded and dismissed and it's also possible that they took action and never TGed you back (especially if it was something not relating to your nation or region or if they were busy when they handled your request). I'm not going to speculate or go off topic, but I'm sure they're not ignoring you or giving you the cold shoulder because of your name Great Sixth Reich.
But in all seriousness, in-game related things like this are GH page material, anything forum related is for the moderation forum, and requests where time is of the essense is for the IRC channel. Hope that help you out some. :)

They're very responsive in IRC. Getting Help requests also get looked at, but I don't believe they always provide feedback.
You should also bear in mind that most of the mods are adults, it's Friday afternoon/evening, it's getting close to exam season / the holidays / the weekend / whatever. Unlike II, where pages get bumped off the front in less than an hour, most topics in Moderation and Technical stay on the front page for 2-5 days. Bumping hourly won't get you faster service if no one is handy to read it.
