He did have previous violations, though nothing relevant to the case, and nothing which had any bearing on it. He received several warnings about the trolling/flamebait referred to above, and continued to flamebait with a puppet after his primary nation was deleted, and his posts split from the topic twice. I trust this is adequate justification.
