Yes, I think it is blatantly offensive. The part that really got me was the part about "let's educate them to show them that they are wrong." I think that this proposal should not be allowed.

Im 13 and at best get 1 hour of shelter a day (plus 8 hours for sleeping), i have to put up with all kinds of shit with none of my parents support, while you on the other hand are still a mommys boy seeking shelter under her ******* *****

I dont get money of any forms and have to risk stealing stuff off market stalls, ive been abused by nature, christianity and everyone at school physically and mentally, while you can run to a special needs unit, hide under a table, go in the fetal position and rock till your safe.

If your 20 years old why do you act like such a 15 year old spof who LOVES his parents? Most people hate their parents by the time they're 11, even my 10 year old Autistic Cousin is starting to hate his parents and theve done nothing but do the same your parents have done to you (Spoil you/him)

Two simple words:

I know of few a 13 year olds that call others neurotypical, however, none make comparisons of others to persons older than themselves that I am aware of (Comparing me to a 15 year old Spof). If this person is 13, I hope he finds help as his current living situation seems dire.

After being personally attacked the first time I did make a comment noting that if you can not stand the repercussions of your statements, shut up, and called his judgment fallacious. However, the above quote was the response.

My main contention is with the following excerpts:

This goes far beyond that to which I am accustomed. In fact, I am being personally attacked for having a genetic condition.

If these actions are worthy of disciplinary action I request such measures be taken.
