Yes, he has also banned me from joining the UN by cheating. He must be overthrown.

You should report suspicions of rule violations to the Getting Help page. Do not accuse another player publically, since you just might be wrong about it.

In particular the last post. No nation has the power to deny another nation UN status.

Second. If you suspect UN multies, then you should report them via the Getting Help page here:
