Would a mod please lock my thread "Draft: First Contact Protocol" in the NSUN Forum? I've already submitted it, it failed, and i have revised it. I was hoping to start a new thread on the proposal because I cannot change the name of the thread and it is filled with Pre-Revision stuff..... Or delete it if you want..... Thanks!
