The Colony of Rebel Ninjas demands the restoration of their nation state. It was unfairly deleted by an oppressive fascist regime!!

Riiiight.
1) Demanding stuff from the mods, possibly not the best way to get your nation revived.
2) I assume randomly deleting nations would be fun for the mods, but it was never an art they practiced. Nations are deleted for a reason.
3) Again, calling the mods an oppressive fascist regime is not a good way to go about it. So I assume you should edit that drastically, then ask again.

and, if you want a nation restored, you go through the getting help page (think the link is on the FAQ page from the main nationstates site)

I think you should practice necromancy on my nation regardless of rules. Ninjaustralia wasn't about rules man! What happened to the sixties?
