mkultra was deleted for the same thing he was deleted before. We have said on multiple occasions that just copy/pasting news articles is not welcome. If you would like to provide a link, and some commentary, that is one thing, but a direct copy/paste with nothing else in the post is unecessary. People are capable of reading the news just fine themselves.
