Mutant dogs keeps spamming the place with 'Film Actors Guild' and such, it is getting obnoxious.

I've seen said spam on a couple of threads, but you might want to provide links for the mods.

Mutant Dogs has been removed from the forums for 24 hours. If he comes back does it again, his nation will be toasted.
