It has come to my attention that a certain player has made a number of quite frankly offensive images which are meant to mock a great number of players of this game. Is this an offense? If so, I will provide a link.
Not our problem if it's offsite.
Take it up with proboards or invisionfree, or whoever else is hosting it. If it's defamatory, they'll take it down.

Just to elaborate on what my associate just said....
Most forum hosting services will have a "Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Service", or other legal document of some kind on thier site. If you check it, it should tell you what is not allowed. The procedure is different for different hosting services, but when the hosting service responds to a complaint, their first action is to usually talk to the forum Admin. It'll take a while, but ultimately, if the forum Admin doesn't yank the post, then the hosting service yanks the forum.

Why do you have a problem with off-site sites?

That's why he has a problem.
Again, since this isn't on NationStates, this doesn't officially concern us.
